Cancellation Policy
All appointments will be booked only upon availability. Appointment fees are nonrefundable and credit will be used towards the price of a product or service provided by us. We will use your credit towards another appointment if you contact us 72 hours before your appointment to re-arrange it. We charge appointment fees to avoid no-shows and other problems that unfortunately we have run into over the years. In-house Seamstress appointments are also charged and non refundable. £ 15 per appointment for the use of our room at The Bridal Rack. The appointed Seamstress will charge for her services separately. The appointed seamstress will also be responsible for any services she may offer as she performs her work as an independent seamstress from The Bridal Rack To book a seamstress appointment, you will need to get in touch with our appointed and approved seamstress. In-house seamstress is only available for clients that have bought their bridal dress at The Bridal Rack and only during the seamstress available days of work. Steaming and Garment Care will be offered pending availability and prices may vary according to number of garments, size of wedding dress, location, and more. Must be booked by getting in touch with The Bridal Rack owner and by availability. A 50% deposit will be required to book the day. The deposit is nonrefundable in case of cancellation or change to a day that we are unavailable to attend. We are a private boutique, we will have one client at a time, we also will only allow 2 to 3 guests maximum per each client.
